Information we collect

We collect the information you provide in our application and booking forms and related messages. This includes your name, business contact details, information about your business and Amazon advertising needs, and meeting details. We also keep correspondence, relevant inquiry notes and records of your email subscription choices.

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you submit through Meta. Our website, form and scheduling providers may also process technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, to deliver and protect their services.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers or sensitive personal information through these forms.

How we use information

We use your information to review your application, understand whether our services fit your business, respond to your inquiry, and arrange and manage calls. We also use technical information to operate the forms and help prevent spam, fraud and misuse.

When you submit an application or other signup form that clearly states you are signing up for our emails, we use your name, email address and business interests to send Amazon advertising tips, information about our services and occasional offers. The form explains the emails you can expect before you submit. You can unsubscribe at any time.

General inquiries and call bookings do not sign you up for marketing unless the form clearly states that it is an email signup. Privacy requests and unsubscribe requests do not sign you up for marketing. We respect recorded opt-outs.

You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or email privacy@infruitionmarketing.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from responding to a separate request you make or managing a call you book. You can also ask us to stop following up on your inquiry.

Services we use

We use HubSpot for forms, contact records, meeting scheduling and email subscriptions and marketing, Google email and calendar services for correspondence and appointments, and Sites to host our application website. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the application form against spam and abuse. These services process information needed to provide their functions. Our team members who handle your inquiry may access the information they need for that work.

When you use Facebook or Instagram, Meta also handles information under its own privacy policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

Infruition operates in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Cookies and form security

The application and booking services may use cookies or similar technology for their functions and security. Google reCAPTCHA uses a security cookie and processes technical information to help distinguish genuine submissions from abuse.

How long we keep information

We keep application information while we review your inquiry and discuss a possible working relationship. After an inquiry ends, we keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve outstanding questions, document our dealings or meet applicable legal obligations. We consider whether discussions are still active, whether a dispute or legal requirement requires retention, and whether the information remains necessary. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.

For marketing, we retain your contact details and preferences while you remain subscribed and the information is relevant. We review inactive subscriptions rather than keeping them indefinitely. After you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited record of your email address and opt-out so we can respect your choice, plus records reasonably needed to demonstrate permission or meet legal obligations.

Questions and requests

Email privacy@infruitionmarketing.com with privacy questions, to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask us to stop following up. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Applicable law may give you additional rights, and some requests may be subject to legal exceptions.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice as our contact, email and website practices change. If we introduce a new use of personal information or tracking technology, we will provide the information and choices required before that use begins.
